Protection of Rights
The subject of this legal notice is the computer program under the commercial name "InfoHub.eFollowr". The program "InfoHub.eFollowr" was developed by Informacijsko tehnološki center, d.o.o., Trg Leona Štuklja 5, 2000 Maribor (hereinafter: IT-center d.o.o.). The software solution is protected by copyright under registration number R - 028/20 and is owned by IT-center d.o.o. (Copyright IT-center, d.o.o., Maribor). Its reproduction and distribution for commercial purposes, including downloading, copying, leasing, distributing, public disclosure, public presentation, and display, without the explicit written permission of IT-center d.o.o., is not permitted.
The "InfoHub.eFollowr" software solution consists of:
- A web portal designed for the simple and fast transmission of information to citizens and other natural and legal persons on their mobile devices;
- A mobile application designed for the quick reception of information in the form of push notifications from the web portal to all types of mobile devices. The mobile application is available for both Android and iOS operating systems and can be downloaded free of charge from the Google Play Store and the App Store.
IT-center d.o.o. is also the holder of rights to the use of the trademark and logo of the "InfoHub.eFollowr" software solution. Unauthorized use or misuse of this trademark and logo is prohibited. Marks that are not registered as trademarks are protected under copyright law. The user is obliged, within the scope of the permitted use of the "InfoHub.eFollowr" computer program, to retain all copyright notices and other industrial property rights markings, as well as any other notices and warnings. As a user, you acknowledge that IT-center d.o.o., in the event of a violation of copyright or other intellectual property rights, may initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the infringer.

IT-center d.o.o. reserves the right to change the content of the "InfoHub.eFollowr" software solution and the content published on the website https://infohub.efollowr.com/. IT-center d.o.o. may modify any content at any time, without any obligation to inform users, and accepts no responsibility for the consequences of such changes. The company will ensure that the software solution operates properly and that accurate and up-to-date information is provided on the website. The "InfoHub.eFollowr" software solution and all content published on the website https://infohub.efollowr.com/ are used by users at their own risk.
The "InfoHub.eFollowr" portal https://infohub.efollowr.com/ may contain links to websites of other companies and institutions. IT-center d.o.o. has no control over the content of such websites and therefore assumes no responsibility for them.
Data Protection
All personal data of users of the "InfoHub.eFollowr" software solution, provided by mobile application and web portal users to the cloud server, will be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was provided. We will use your personal data when sending you important information about the program or service you are using, including urgent notices. IT-center d.o.o. undertakes to protect users’ data with due care and guarantees that such data will not be handed over to third parties or otherwise misused. The company will handle all data in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation: ZVOP-2, KZ-1, ZMed, and the GDPR.
Limitation of Liability
IT-center d.o.o. shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, economic, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the "InfoHub.eFollowr" software solution and the information, even if the possibility of such damages was foreseeable.
